I better not be the first person to make that pun…
This is a quick post. I haven’t blogged in a while mainly because I don’t think I’ve made anything blog worthy. January wasn’t the most food worthy month. It started out looking good (January 1st was cookie day! Three kinds of cookies and boggle!). But, with all the stress of starting a new term (at a run) the kitchen has been left in the dust.
But not tonight. Inspired by smitten kitchen (again I know) pizza recipe earlier this month as well as her courgette pizza well over a year ago. We (my flatmate and I) decided to have a pizza night. We essentially made these two pizzas with some mushrooms thrown in and instead of ricotta on the first I put slices of fresh mozzarella on top of the bacon and onions.
Hopefully they taste as good as they look!
