Hamentaschen!
Purim is here and the best part is making the hamentaschen. This year my cousins and I made 175 filled with poppy seed, prune and chocolate! After spending three hours making this one batch we all marveled at how our great-grandmother (the Old Babi) had the energy to send boxes of them to all her children. She must have been baking for weeks!

I hate that whole wheat bread tends to taste like rocks when you make it at home. I’m also on a grain-kick. I serendipitously stumbled upon this recipe recently and decided that gluten might be the answer.
